Vali-Date Policy on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

At Vali-Date, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and take strict measures to prevent, report, and remove any such content or activity from our platform. This policy is in full compliance with Google Play Store policies and international laws on CSAE.

1. Zero-Tolerance for CSAE

Vali-Date strictly prohibits:

• Any content (text, images, videos, links, or any media) that depicts, promotes, or normalizes sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors (under 18 years old).
• The use of our platform to facilitate or encourage child exploitation, grooming, or predatory behavior.
• Any communication that suggests, solicits, or promotes inappropriate relationships involving minors.
• Impersonation of minors for the purpose of CSAE.

Violations of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement authorities.

2. Age Verification & Minor Protection

• Minimum Age Requirement: Vali-Date is strictly for users aged 18 and older. Any users found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately terminated.
• Profile Verification: We implement age verification and AI-based moderation to detect underage users attempting to register.
• Parental Controls & Blocking: Any reports of underage users attempting to use the app will be investigated, and access will be permanently restricted.

3. Reporting & Removal of CSAE Content

• Users are encouraged and required to report any suspected CSAE content or activity. Reports can be submitted via:

• Reports related to CSAE are escalated immediately to our Trust & Safety Team for urgent review.
• Any CSAE content or users involved will be:
• Immediately removed from the platform.
• Reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, and relevant authorities.
• We collaborate with Apple Store, Google Play, law enforcement agencies, and CSAE watchdog organizations to ensure rapid intervention.

4. Proactive Detection & Prevention

Vali-Date employs advanced AI moderation and human review teams to:

• Detect and remove CSAE-related content before it becomes visible to other users.
• Monitor and analyze suspicious behavior, including predatory patterns, grooming language, and inappropriate interactions.
• Work with industry-leading child safety organizations to implement best practices in online safety.

We also use hash-matching technology to prevent the sharing of known CSAE content in collaboration with the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and Project Arachnid.

5. Legal Compliance & Cooperation

Vali-Date complies with all applicable laws related to CSAE, including but not limited to:

• U.S. PROTECT Act (18 U.S.C. § 2252A)
• COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
• UK Online Safety Act

6. Consequences for Violations

Users found violating our CSAE policy will face:
